La Bacchetta Magica is opening a child care centre in Malta on September 25 and will form part of the free government child care scheme.

Rather than focus on rote learning the centre’s policy is to listen and understand each child’s needs and work around their individual character.

It implements research-based early education practices by stimulating exploration through open-ended play and developing sensory and reasoning skills and instilling an intrinsic love for learning.

Another characteristic of the centre is its large open space which will provide children with a unique environment outside the classroom where they can experience enriching learning activities.

It promises an engaging learning culture, with multiple interactive stations where children will be free to lead the way and discover their own learning journeys.

The centre will open until 7pm to accommodate working mothers.
