Vassallo Group has inaugurated its training and development centre in Qormi. The centre will also serve to host all training courses by the CareMalta Academy.
“We believe in the value of lifelong learning and in the potential of our employees to widen their knowledge, develop their talents, improve their skills, whichever trade they are involved in,” said the group’s chairman Nazzareno Vassallo.
CareMalta’s CEO Natalie Briffa Farrugia said the centre was another milestone for CareMalta.
“As things evolved in the local education and employment sectors, the company felt the need to start offering courses leading to a qualification that is recognised and accepted not only in Malta but also beyond our shores.”
The group’s head of HR, communications and marketing Charlo Bonnici said that the fact that the company was focusing its attention solely on training, learning and education, was highly significant, as it clearly showed how much it had the three elements at heart.
The company also presented certificates to students who were successfully accredited.
