I bet those two paragliders (The Sunday Times of Malta, August 9) consider that angels were flying with them. To be airborne in Malta is to risk getting shot from the sky.
It must have been terrifying to be swept up into the sky, disconnected from their boat and then hurled towards land realising that at any moment they could have faced a barrage of pellets.
