Surely there must be some regulations about building noise during holiday time? I am sitting on the third floor of a block along Qbajjar promenade – a holiday area – and having to listen to builders banging and hammering all day!

Surely there are some restrictions in the peak holiday month of August or does the government not respect the income of tourists – people who have themselves worked hard all year and come to Gozo (as it is advertised) for a little peace and quiet.
