The annual Network Partner Workshop 2015 was held in Budapest, with the participation of countries like China, Turkey, South Africa and European countries, including Malta.

The workshop was held with the aim to facilitate the exchange of ideas and best practice between members.

Representing recruitment portal Vacancy Centre was senior recruitment officer Sarah Miceli, who joined the 35 representative partners in fruitful workshops and best practice-sharing. A wide range of topics were covered and participants were introduced to the latest developments relating to sales principles, lead generation, product, prices and proposals, local and international deals, posting methods, selling and receiving partners, renewal and reporting.

Ms Miceli said the event provided a deeper knowledge on how to identify international opportunities and how to raise international awareness in the Maltese market and developing new international business.

As she deals with international and local contracts and proposals, this training will enable her to handle and lead international requests for services through thenetwork on recruitment clients’ behalf.

International marketing and partnership manager at the network, Pamela Cabral, said: ‘‘The participation of Vacancy Centre not only was inspirational but was also a pleasant experience to learn how they do international business in Malta, sharing their expertise with the rest of the members.”
