ARNAUD – PAUL Jr, son of the late Maestro Paul Arnaud, aged 81, passed peacefully away in Melbourne, Australia. The funeral takes place tomorrow in Melbourne.
CAMILLERI. On August 8, at St James Hospital, CARMEL (Charles), M.O.M., aged 60, of Valletta, residing in Lija, president of La Vallette Philharmonic Society, ex-president of Valletta City FC and ex-president of the GRTU, passed peacefully away comforted by the rites of Holy Church and surrounded by his family. He is loved and will be deeply missed by his wife Sandra, his daughter Alexia and her husband Matthew Spiteri, his sons Christian, his wife Stephanie and Edward, his beloved grandson Sam, his sisters Maria and her husband Nihal Dela, Anna and her husband Charles Mercieca and Simone, his brothers Tonio and his wife Vicky, Joseph and his wife Lucienne, Andre and his wife Miriam, his in-laws, nephews and nieces, other relatives and numerous friends. Funeral Mass will be held tomorrow at 2pm at St Paul’s Shipwreck parish church, Valletta. Donations to Hospice Malta, Balzan, will be greatly appreciated. The family regret they are unable to receive visitors. Almighty God, grant him eternal rest.
STAINES. On August 5, ROBERT (Bobby), aged 89, suddenly went to meet the Risen Lord. He is loved and will be sorely missed by his children Susan and her husband John Farrugia, Anne and her husband Paul Galea, Nicky and his wife Corinne, Pippa and her husband Leslie Brooks, his grandchildren Stefanie and her husband Edward, Nicola and her husband Jean Paul, Peter, Fr Robert Galea, Rachel, Joseph, Edward and David, his great-grandchildren Jessica and Sebastian, his brother Patrick and his wife Liliana, his sisters Geraldine and Margaret and her husband Marcello, other relatives and friends. Mass praesente cadavere will be celebrated tomorrow at 2pm at Our Lady of Lourdes parish church, San Ġwann, followed by interment at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. No flowers by request but donations to Dar tal-Providenza will be appreciated. Lord, grant him eternal rest.
