Some two months ago, I applied personally at the Floriana ticket booth for my Tallinja card. I was assured that delivery would be made just within a few days.

However, my elusive bus card did not arrive.

When, later, I made enquiries I was informed that the card had in fact been processed but probably not yet posted.

Still no card appeared and, not taking no for an answer, I again phoned up and was told my application had been made under the correct ID number but believe it or not under the name of Doris Mifsud and bearing no door number.

No wonder my card has still not yet reached its destination.
