Xagħra Tale, a dance and drama show about the history of the village since prehistory, is being held every Wednesday at 9pm in Victory Square, Xagħra. Attendance is free. This second edition of the event is centred on an episode of Homer’s epic work The Odyssey – Ulysses’s shipwreck on the isle of Ogygia, home of the nymph Calypso, and his seven-year stay on the island.
