• When a trader is unable to provide the product ordered by the consumer, the latter may cancel the contract of sale and claim a refund.
• Consumers must report any damages or defects as soon as they become aware of them.
• The agreed delivery date should be written on the contract of sale.
• The amount of deposit paid should be a reasonable percentage of the total price.
