Kishna: Lazio have reached an agreement with Ajax to sign striker Ricardo Kishna. The 20-year-old made 48 senior appearances for the 33-time Dutch champions in 2014 but will now move to the Stadio Olimpico to bolster Lazio’s attacking options. Reports in Italy suggest the deal is worth around four million euro to Ajax.
Brady: Norwich City have an-nounced the signing of winger Robbie Brady for an undisclosed fee. Brady has left relegated Hull to link up with the newly-promoted Canaries and agreed a three-year contract at Carrow Road. The 23-year-old is Norwich boss Alex Neil’s third recruit of the summer following the arrivals of Graham Dorrans and Youssouf Mulumbu.
Caulker: Southampton have confirmed the loan signing of QPR defender Steven Caulker. The 23-year-old centre-back will spend the 2015-16 campaign at St Mary’s, though reports say the deal is not with a view to a permanent move. The Saints have moved for Caulker, who has one England cap, to fill the defensive void left by Toby Alderweireld’s move to Tottenham and a serious knee injury sustained by Florin Gardos.
Gomez: Besiktas have entered negotiations with Fiorentina over the Italian side’s misfiring striker Mario Gomez. The German has scored only seven Serie A goals since joining Fiorentina in July 2013, a situation exacerbated by two separate injuries that resulted in lengthy spells on the sidelines. But Besiktas are prepared to offer the 30-year-old an opportunity to revive his career in Turkey.
Lopez: Las Palmas full-back Angel Lopez will undergo knee surgery in Barcelona today. The former Celta Vigo and Villarreal player, who can also play in midfield, suffered a meniscus tear in his right knee during a training session on Saturday. Las Palmas said he is set to be unavailable for six to eight weeks.
