I am absolutely furious, after reading the article in the Times of Malta, to learn that a young lady, if you can call her that, unashamedly and blatantly lied and fraudulently persuaded me to sign a petition which she clearly said was “to enlarge the cages for the animals which are being kept in unacceptable conditions” at the Polidano zoo.

I feel like an absolute fool to have trusted her and not to have read the print, however it was dark and there was very little light. Besides, it was never pointed out to me to read.

At the same time I am really saddened that in my beloved Malta I now find that some people have failed in their moral duty.

I now want to find out how to go about removing my name from the petition list.
