Amber, Malta’s participant in this year’s Eurovision Song Contest, will be singing on the main stage at The Farsons Beer Festival tonight.

She follows young singer Gaia Cauchi, winner of the Junior Eurovision Song Contest in 2013.

The rock stage will host the band Fuzzhoneys, followed by a performance by Ram 1 & Gyamma from the UK. Michelle Paris will also feature from 8 to 9pm on the acoustic stage, organised by the Klezorimalta Foundation.

The beer festival offers an extensive selection of local and international beers, as well as a selection of beer-based cocktails and specialty brews, including bottle-conditioned ales from St Austell’s Brewery in the UK. The food court features a variety of food stalls to complement the beers.

Entertainment for children includes daily shows by Cheer Amigos in the Greek Theatre between 8.30 and 9pm.

Visitors to the festival also have a chance of winning a Honda PCX bike with every purchase from the Farsons Brand Store. The open-air festival runs until August 2 and doors open at 8pm daily. Entrance and parking are free.
