• Traders are obliged to deliver goods that are as described and agreed to during the sale.
• The trader must pay the transport costs of the wrong items.
• When goods are delivered with missing items, the trader must be notified immediately.
• Unless otherwise agreed in the contract of sale, consumers must be supplied with the goods ordered within 30 days from the date of the order.
• The agreed delivery date must be clearly written in the contract of sale.
