A company owned by two Italians has purchased a 48.5 per cent Mauritius shareholding in Global Capital, the company said yesterday.

EIP plc, owned by Paolo Catalfamo and Andrea Zitelli, yesterday bought 6,399,092 shares in the company.

Global Capital was put under the control of conservators by the authorities in Mauritius back in April 2014. This had followed the resignation of chairman and director Dawood Rawat.
