FARRUGIA – ROSE, née Falzon, at St Catherine Home, Attard, passed away peacefully in the loving arms of the Dominican nuns, surrounded by her family and comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her loss her beloved sons Christopher and his wife Stephanie, Andrew and his wife Ilske, Mark and his wife Tatyana and her precious grandchildren Sean, Susannah, Kyle, Jai, Zac and Nic. She also leaves to mourn her loss her sister Mary, wife of John, her brother Laurie and his wife Karen, her brother Anthony, her sister-in-law Miriam, her brother Alfred and his wife Mary, her brother-in-law Karm Farrugia, nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends. Rest in peace Mama. The funeral leaves St Catherine Home tomorrow at 8.30am for parish church of St Mary, Attard, where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 9am, followed by interment at Mosta cemetery. Donations to Id-Dar tal-Providenza, Siġġiewi, will be appreciated. Lord, grant her eternal rest.
GAGLIONE. On July 9, at Villa Messina, Rabat, two weeks following her 98th birthday, MARIA, née Agius, widow of Louis, passed away peacefully. Among her many mourners are her four children John, Ronald, Richard and May, their spouses, seven grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. She also leaves to mourn her loss her younger sister Gertrude and a number of relatives and friends. The funeral Mass will take place at Jesus of Nazareth parish church, Tigné Seafront, Sliema, tomorrow at 9am and will be celebrated by the parish priest, Fr Joe Cilia, followed by interment in the family grave at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. No flowers by request but donations to S.T.A.R.S. would be welcome. Lord, grant her eternal peace.
