Paris St Germain have signed German keeper Kevin Trapp from Eintracht Frankfurt.

The 25-year-old from Merzig, who made 22 Bundesliga appearances for Frankfurt last season, keeping five clean sheets, will provide competition for Salvatore Sirigu and Nicolas Douchez.

In a statement on their official website, PSG announced Trapp had signed a five-year contract and was immediately heading to Thaya in Austria to join his new team-mates for pre-season training.
