BALZAN. On July 6, at St Vincent de Paul residence, VICTOR of Sliema, aged 77, passed away peacefully comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his loss his wife Emily, his children Ivan, Adrian and Rachel, their spouses, his brothers Ernest and Walter, in-laws, relatives and friends. The funeral leaves St Vincent de Paul residence tomorrow at 10.15am for Jesus of Nazareth parish church, Sliema, where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 11am, followed by interment at Qrendi cemetery. No flowers by request but donations to Id-Dar tal-Providenza, Siġġiewi, will be greatly appreciated. Lord, grant him eternal rest.

DELIA. On July 6, at St James Capua Hospital, Sliema, AGNES, née Bonello, aged 75, passed away peacefully comforted by the rites of Holy Church, surrounded by her loving family. She leaves to mourn her irreparable loss her son Patrick and his wife Angelica, her daughter Angela and her husband Daniel Fleri Soler, her son John, her beloved grandchildren Emma and her fiancé Ruud, Gianni and his girlfriend Emily, Beppe and Ella. She also leaves to mourn her loss her sister Joyce and her husband Anthony Cachia, her brothers, Anthony and Gladys and Frank and Helga, her sisters-in-law Marga Delia and Mariella and John Gambina, her nephews, nieces and her numerous friends. The funeral cortège leaves St James Capua Hospital on Thursday, July 9 at 8.15am for the Carmelite parish church, Balluta, St Julians, where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 8.30am, followed by interment at the Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. MANGION. On July 6, at Mater Dei Hospital, ALFRED of Paola and residing in Attard, aged 74, passed away peacefully comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his loss his wife Pauline, his daughter Marcelle and her husband Michael, his grandsons Lee and Matthew, his granddaughter Donna, his sisters, his brothers and sisters-in-law, their respective spouses, children and all other relatives and friends. SCICLUNA. On July 5, at Mater Dei Hospital, ANTHONY of Msida and residing in Sliema, aged 77, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family. He will be deeply missed his caring wife Sylvia, his children Claire and her husband Jason, Diane and her husband Robert, his grandchildren Katelyn and Kristina, Ethel, widow of his brother Lino, his sisters-in-law Alex and Louise, other relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital tomorrow at 8.30am for Jesus of Nazareth parish church, Sliema, where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 9am, followed by interment in the family grave at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. He leaves to mourn his loss his dear wife Maria Carmela, née Falzon, his children, Archbishop Charles J. Scicluna, Monica and her husband Ray Lanzon, Josette and her husband Emanuel Grixti, and Jesmond and his wife Wendy, his grandchildren Stephen, Francesca, Christine, Maurizio, Bernadette, and Alexander, his many siblings, in-laws and their families, other relatives and friends. The funeral cortège leaves Mater Dei Hospital tomorrow at 3pm for St Sebastian parish church, Qormi, where Mass præsente cadavere will be celebrated at 3.30pm, followed by private interment in the family grave at Lija cemetery.

TABONE – ANTHONY GEORGE. With deep sorrow we would like to inform family and friends of the death of Tony who passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 5 at the age of 68, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. Tony leaves a sorrowful void for his beloved wife Vicky, née Callus, after a long and happy life together. Mourning his sad loss also are his loving children Paula and Sandro, Peter and Francesca and Francesca and James, his grandchildren Julia, Alex and Edward whom he loved so much; his brothers and sister, Franz and Ann, John and Christine, Joseph and Vivien, Rosanne and JoJo Gingell Littlejohn and Paul, as also his sister-in-law Myriam Chemel, nephews and nieces, relatives and the numerous true friends he made in the pursuit of sport and his many other interests. MAMO. Everlasting memories of DANIEL who passed away tragically 13 years ago to leave a void in his family, with his father recently joining him in the Lord’s eternal fold.
