Ranier Fsadni recently criticised the Prime Minister for his spontaneous remark in Parliament while answering a question from the Opposition. The Prime Minister remarked that the former administration believed that all people occupying public offices must form part of its inner circle. Only such individuals are competent to administer public offices successfully, it was argued.

The Prime Minister accused the Opposition of adopting a line of thinking that smacks of arrogance of the first order.

Reading Fsadni’s contribution, I say that the Prime Minister was right when making his comments. The Nationalist Party and their elitist apologists believe that they have a sacrosanct right to govern this country into infinity.

A look at the mind-boggling mismanagement that keeps emerging from the recent past goes to show how wrong contributions to this newspaper, like Fsadni’s, really are.

The superiority complex in such articles is surpassed only by the arrogant but less subtle contributions of other biased writers who are so obviously anti-Labour.
