Sweden are the winners of the 2015 U-21 European Championship after they beat Portugal 4-3 on penalties in the final at the Eden Arena in Prague, last night. There was little to separate the two finalists who could not find the breakthrough after 120 minutes of play. With the score locked at 0-0 at the end of extra-time, penalties were needed to decide the winner. Here, Swedish goalkeeper Patrik Carlgren took centre stage as he managed to save efforts from Ricardo Ergaio and William Carvalho to hand his team victory.
