I visited Festa Rizzi recently with some friends and it was a great disappointment for us. We arrived at 8.30pm and proceeded to get some food.

After waiting for 15 minutes, we found out that you had to pay the cashier first (no signs anywhere). When we got to the cashier, we found out that they had no change, so unless you had the right change, you could not buy food.

We finally got our tickets and proceeded to the queue at the food stalls. What queue? It was a free for all, the loudest and most intimidating got served first. Then finally at 9.30pm, someone took our tickets but sadly we then found out that they were out of rizzi, pasta rizzi and king prawns. What a joke, Festa Rizzi without rizzi. These were the only things we ordered and we also had to wait to get our money back as they still had no change.

Hopefully, the organisers will take note of this letter and ensure a smoother running of future events.
