In an interview for University Matters on Campus FM 103.7, Patricia Camilleri, Keith Buhagiar talks about the ancient management of water in Malta.

He talks about how water was used in late medieval Malta and later centuries for irrigation purposes and enabled Maltese farmers to grow up to three crops a year using sources that are among the countryside’s best kept secrets.

Buhagiar is a visiting lecturer at the University’s Classics and Archaeology Department.
