Century 21 Malta has appointed Frank Borg to its senior management. Mr Borg has built his career on the basis of relationship building, creative problem-solving and strategic thinking to achieve win-win results for buyers and sellers in the retail industry.

Having studied in the UK, received further specialised coaching in sales and public speaking in the US and subsequently given talks globally, Mr Borg joins Century 21 Malta with a wealth of training experience.

He has a human relations history of active planning and talent assessment and has instructed groups via lectures and workshops throughout parts of Europe, Asia and North and South America.

Mr Borg has authored and published two books and formatted a wide variety of programmes and audio training content specifically focusing on sales, customer service and leadership development. Being results-driven, some of Mr Borg’s objectives with Century 21 Malta are to stimulate and empower its salespeople with practical and innovative performance-based skills, aimed at developing their potential to maximise results.
