Since its inception in Sweden in 2001 and a presence in Malta in 2010, Fortytwo Group has grown to employ 60 staff members.

Specialising in spam filtering, fraud detection and revenue assurance, one of the group’s subsidiaries, Haud Systems, is growing exponentially, particularly in the Asia Pacific region.

To nurture business development opportunities in the region, members from the team recently travelled through the continent, meeting clients in Vietnam, Cambodia, Bangladesh, Indonesia and Singapore.

Haud Systems frequently sponsors the GSMA’s fraud and security group meetings, the last of which was held in Singapore. Additionally, the team will attend the Mobile World Congress in Shanghai next month.

Fortytwo, the group’s messaging solutions provider, is also experiencing a surge of activity with the launch of its breakthrough IM (Instant Message) Gateway. A game-changer in a field previously dominated by SMS, the IM Gateway offers a complementary delivery method to traditional A2P SMS with positive reviews received from clients and industry analysts.

The team will showcase its range of solutions at the Global Carrier Community Meeting in Berlin, the LTE World Summit and the iGaming Supershow in Amsterdam in the coming days.
