WaterWings have released their second single, Forever Clear. The track is described by the band as a departure from its predecessor Steal The Crown, both with respect to lyrics and sound.

“We definitely knew we had our next single in it. The whole process from writing to recording took just three weeks and the song was produced by Niki Gravino at Foreface Studios and features Thomas Cauchi from the Big Band Brothers on trumpets.

“The video was once again trusted to Carlo Tonna De Lorenzo, seeing that we had loved the job he did on Steal The Crown,” a band representative said.

The song has received positive feedback, spending two weeks in 89.7 Bay’s number one spot on the chart as well as maintaining presence in the PRS National Chart, where it currently stands at number 9.

This summer WaterWings will be performing a number of gigs while recording their debut EP. The first performance takes place on July 17 at the Sliema Arts Festival main stage, followed by August 2 at the Farsons Beer Festival on the rock stage.

The band will also be play-ing in the Sziget Festial in Hungary. Vote for the band on https://sziget2015.gigmit.com/waterwings?fb_ref=Default.
