On March 24, the chief officer of Water Services Corporation advised me that I had an abnormal usage of water and asked me to check the possibility of a water leakage. I had not suspected a leakage as it had been raining incessantly and, therefore, assumed that the water in the garden was rain water.

I immediately engaged the services of a plumber who traced the leakage in a pipe located in the garden and repaired it.

On March 31, I wrote to the WSC at Gattard House, Blata l-Bajda. After about a week, I enquired whether my letter had been received and I was informed that, unless I had received an acknowledgement, it would mean the letter had not been received.

So, on May 14, I wrote again and, once again, after a few days a telephone enquiry revealed that even this letter, my second one, had not been received.

On May 22 I wrote again, this time addressing my letter to PO BOX 63, Marsa. A further telephonic enquiry revealed, once again, that this letter had not been received. I, therefore, ask: what has happened to my three letters because they were not returned to me by the post office?

Perhaps someone at ARMS Ltd would like to investigate and advise me. My meter number is P56582, a/c number 101000049103. The plumber’s receipt and VAT receipt were enclosed.
