Zendesk on customer service

Customer service experiences can have a serious, long-lasting impact. In light of this, how can companies provide a great customer experience? What does great customer service look like?

A recent study by Dimensional Research found that 24 per cent of respondents continued to seek out vendors two or more years after a good experience, while 39 per cent continued to avoid vendors two or more years after a bad experience.

This is one of the topics that will be addressed in an event hosted by Zendesk, in collaboration with its official local partner, iMovo. The half-day event will take place on Thursday, June 25, at 2pm at Le Meridien Hotel in St Julian’s.

New UCIM website ahead of Jeep Renegade arrival

UCIM Co. Ltd, agents for Jeep in Malta, has unveiled its new website – www.jeep-malta.com – in time for the launch of the new Jeep Renegade, expected to be in the showroom imminently.

“We are launching the new website to reach out to more people and more effectively in the same way that we’re expecting the new Jeep Renegade to appeal to a wider customer base due to it being the most accessible Jeep model on the market,” Francesca Mamo, UCIM managing director, said.

In the first three months of this year, Jeep sales grew by 98 per cent mostly thanks to the Renegade. From its launch in September 2014, 21,600 Renegade have been sold.
