Princess Charlotte, the month-old daughter of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge will be christened on July 5, Kensington Palace announced today.
The service will take place at St Mary Magdalene Church at the Queen's Sandringham Estate in Norfolk where Prince William and Kate live. The christening will carried out by Archbishop of Canterbury, Justin Welby.
Princess Charlotte was born at St Mary's Hospital in London on May 2.
She is fourth-in-line to the British throne after her grandfather, Prince Charles, her father Prince William and brother and Prince George, who is almost two years old.
Charlotte's older brother was christened at the Chapel Royal at St James's Palace in October 2013, also by Justin Welby.
