BAM (Bread and More) Bakery produces only gluten-free products. Apart from bread and pizza bases, items such as gluten-free spring rolls, wontons, samosas and dumplings are also available.

These are made on a daily basis by experienced and dedicated chefs, who are highly knowledgeable as regards gluten-free products and who continuously experiment to improve their gluten-free recipes.

No gluten is allowed in the cooking areas, which eliminates the danger of cross-contamination.

The products are packed in appropriate plastic bags and containers and are sealed with customised labels to ensure that customers get a detailed description of the products with all the ingredients, production and expiry dates listed, as well as directions on how to store them.

The company is aiming to produce more different and traditional products for customers to choose from and is constantly trying to meet their demands.
