This is an interim report commissioned by Joseph Q. Public into the manner in which Premier Joseph Muscat's "government" is disposing of the country and its assets.  The issues are listed in no particular order, in the same way Premier Joseph and his sidekicks were listed in the Advertising Brochure publicising his latest activity as a used-car salesman in Hong Kong.

1. EUROS

The Board finds that in paying many Euro to "Scarlet Pimpernel" Mizzi Lang, Sai to do the sum total of Sweet Fanny Adams in her own country, Premier Muscat acted, and continues to act, irresponsibly: in this Ministers George "Ukraine is calm" Vella and Chris Cardona are accomplices.  Minister Konrad Mizzi, when he is not screeching in Parliament like a harridan whose whims have been gainsaid, should also be called to account in this regard.

Moreover, in paying many Euro to convicted individual Engerer, Cyrus, to act as Political Commisar in Brussles, Premier Muscat acted, and continues to act, irresponsibly.  No accomplices are involved in this matter.

In addition, in sanctioning the payment of many Euro to Pullicino Orlando, Jeffrey to act as Casual Part-time Chairman and Alleged Chief Executive Officer of the Malta Council for Science & Technology in the time available to him between tooth yanking and botox injecting, Premier Muscat is an accomplice with Minister Evarist "Mary Mouse" Bartolo: this is also a continuing offence to good governance.

2. LAND

The Board finds that in clearly and unequivocally determining that vast swathes of land at Zonqor are to be allocated, free, gratis and for nothing, to a Jordanian builder, Premier Muscat is guilty of flying in the face of innumerable principles of good governance and respect for the environment, academic standards and basic respect for common decency.

The above finding also applies to the highly suspect process of adjudicating the allocation of land at Hondoq in Gozo, such that the happy recipients of this largesse are already crowing loudly at the prospect of turning an unspoilt corner of Gozo into a concreted wasteland.

3. NATIONAL IDENTITY

The Board finds that in turning our national identity into a commodity saleable for a few Euro, by means of the Passport for Cash Scheme being driven Henley & Whosit, and sold actively by Premier Muscat as their principal sales-man, the said Premier Muscat deserves to be compared, unfavourably, to Swiss Toni.

The guilt above attributed is compounded by the unconscionable appointment of the artistically and culturally deficient Jason Micallef to head the effort to portray Valletta as a Capital of Culture in 2018, which would be laughable were it not so tragic.

Further aggravation to the above is caused by Premier Muscat's continued defence of Phyllis Muscat and her stewardship of CHOGM.

The foregoing is submitted to the public only in illustration of the manner in which the slogan "Taghna Lkoll" has been transmogrified into "Kollox Taghna u Taghna Biss".
