The fifth edition of the Beland Music Festival, which starts on Wednesday, will include a ‘wine night’ on Friday.

Twenty of Delicata’s DOK and IGT quality wines will be available to try at different wine stalls. These include: Pjazza Regina red, white and rosé; Medina Sangiovese, Syrah, Rosé Grenache Cabernet and Vermentino Zibibbo; Classic Collection Donato Chardonnay, Rossini Rosé Syrah, Marenzio Merlot and Casella Moscato; Ġellewża Rosé Frizzante and wines from the company’s flagship award-winning range, Grand Vin de Hauteville.

Other brands available will be the Dolcino wines and their semi-sparkling lower-alcohol red, white and rosé Spritzzers.

The four-day music festival will kick off with a concert by Airport Impressions. The band will be supported by Milk Mi and Xarulù.

The UK’s number-one Pink Floyd tribute band, Think Floyd, will be performing on Thursday. They are presenting a brand new show in which they will play the complete 1975 album Wish You Were Here, along with other classic Pink Floyd hits. Think Floyd will be supported by the band Paradox.

Ira Losco and her band, supported by Funk Initiative and Infinite Loop, are scheduled for Friday.

Europe’s number-one tribute to Bon Jovi, Dream Company, will be closing the festival on Saturday with a set list of more than three hours featuring all Bon Jovi classics.

Entrance to all events, being held at the Bulebel estate on the outskirts of Żejtun, is free. Donations will be collected in aid of Puttinu Cares.
