A large amount of toys, collectables, chocolates and candy were donated to the Rainbow Ward at Mater Dei Hospital by confectionary importer and distributor Red October.

The children receiving treatment in the hospital ward had several boxes of goods to explore, including items by Barbie, Spiderman, Minions and Mickey Mouse. These included toy buckets, water cans, mugs, ceramic bowls and other fun items from the Bon Bon Buddies range.

Red October brand manager Philip Caruana Turner said: “It was great to see the hard work being carried out by Puttinu Cares to put a smile on the faces of these children. The children and their parents were incredibly grateful for our small contribution.”
