David Pace will give a talk entitled ‘Pluto – the enigmatic planet’ on Thursday at 7pm at the YTC, 227, Merchants Street, Valletta, organised by the Society for Investigating the Credibility of Extraordinary Claims.

Discovered in 1930, Pluto was long considered our solar system’s ninth planet, but after similar worlds were discovered deeper in the distant Kuiper Belt, icy Pluto was reclassified as a dwarf planet. This new class of worlds may offer some of the best evidence about the origins of our solar system.
