Century 21 Malta has embarked on the rolling out of its growth strategy. The company is recruiting property listing specialists, whose main role will be to list various types of properties with the company and get remunerated in an innovative way.

This is a rather innovative way of helping agents who no longer need to wait until the property is sold, if at all, to receive payment for services rendered. It also opens up opportunities for newcomers to the sector who might have time on their hands to go around listing properties but not necessarily want to be involved in the selling process.

“It’s an exciting time to be with the Century 21 System as we steadily intensify our market presence in Malta,” said Century Malta’s commercial and business development manager David Muscat.

“We understand that real estate is about developing relationships and building trust with our customers. Having a number of listing specialists will greatly enhance the services we will be able to provide. Training will be key.”
