Although the Msida local council is fully aware of the precarious parking situation, in a highly residential area especially overnight, wardens continue to splash parking tickets on vehicles wrongly parked in the early hours of the morning before residents go out to work.

To add insult to injury, the Petitions Board also seem happy about the situation because any requests for re-consideration, even if respective vehicles are not creating any obstruction whatsoever, are also turned down.

Maybe all those concerned should be trained to be more humane and use some common sense in the course of their duties rather than to choose the easy way to raise money for the council or whoever.
