Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt will be in theaters this autumn.

Universal Pictures has given a November 13 release date for "By The Sea," a film starring the Hollywood husband and wife, but also written and directed by Jolie.

November is a prime release date for awards season, which means the studio may be looking at the movie as an Oscar contender.

The film was filmed in Gozo, mostly in Mgarr ix-Xini. It follows a couple on vacation as they try to save their troubled marriage.

MAD MAX

The stars of "Mad Max: Fury Road" hit the red carpet in Los Angeles for the premiere of the hotly anticipated film. Charlize Theron posed for photos. As did Tom Hardy, who had a red carpet meet-and-greet with Mel Gibson, the star of the original 1979 Mad Max film. The movie opens in North America on May 15.

British celebrity chef Nigella Lawson's U.S. TV show, The Taste, has been canceled. Network ABC has axed the show after it began losing viewers. Lawson will continue to have her cooking show, Simply Nigella, on the U.K.'s BBC Two.

Finally, Kim Kardashian was in Los Angeles to sign copies of her new book, "Selfish." The reality TV star posed for photos for hordes of photographers before getting down to business, signing copies and taking more photos with fans. The book is a collection self-taken of photos of Kardashian.
