BARBARA. On May 6, at Mater Dei Hospital, ROSE, née Fenech, of Luqa, residing in Birżebbuġa, aged 89, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her loss her children Louis and Clementina, John and Evelyn, and Rita and Joe Cardona; her grandchildren Ian and Rachel and their daughter Yuliya, Cynthia and Alberto Sansone, Reuben Barbara and Dorianne, Manuel Cardona and Elaine, and Lara Cardona and Luke Micallef. She is also mourned by her siblings Peter and Guido Fenech, her sister-in-law Hilda, besides nephews, nieces, especially Suor Laureana, and their families, in-laws, relatives and friends, especially Polly Fenech. The funeral cortège leaves Mater Dei Hospital on Saturday, May 9 for Luqa parish church where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 3.30pm, followed by interment at Luqa cemetery. No flowers by request but donations to Mission Fund, Mosta, and Id-Dar tal-Providenza, Siġġiewi, will be appreciated. The family expresses gratitude to the staff of JP2 Ward 3, St Vincent de Paul residence, for their dedication and support. Lord, grant her eternal rest.

BORG COSTANZI. On May 7, PAUL, aged 49, passed away peacefully, comforted by the rites of Holy Church, surrounded by his family. He leaves to mourn his great loss his beloved wife Mariella, née Camilleri, his precious children Vadim and Yulia, his brothers and sisters, Joanna, Pat and Alan Bonello, John and Valerie, Michael and Maria, Rita and Martin Azzopardi and Katherine and Pio, his father-in-law Victor Camilleri and Veronica, his sisters-in-law Silvana and Andrew Galea, and Daniela and Mark Sullivan, his nephews and nieces Max and Nikki, Ann and Mark, Simon and Lisa, Gaby, Eve and Matthew, Francesca, Dawn and Fabio, Luke, Sam, Matthew, Sarah, Nicholas, Luke and Emma, his uncles and aunts, cousins and friends. The funeral cortège leaves Mater Dei Hospital on Saturday, May 9 at 8.30am for Tal-Ibraġ parish church where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 9am, followed by interment at the Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. PORTELLI. On May 6, at Mater Dei Hospital, SAVIOUR (k/a Vivi), aged 87, husband of DORIS, passed away peacefully, comforted by the rights of Holy Church. Brother of Marlene Vassallo, who recently passed away, he leaves to mourn his loss his family, brothers and sisters- in-law, Rosemarie, Josephine, Victor, Edwige and their families, his nephews and nieces, Mark, Vik, Patrick, Karen and their families, all relatives and friends. The funeral cortege will leave Mater Dei Hospital tomorrow, Friday, for Our Lady of Good Counsel church in Paceville where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 8.30am, followed by interment at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. No flowers by request but donations to Dar tal-Kleru, Birkirkara, will be greatly appreciated. SCICLUNA. On May 6, at St Vincent de Paul residence, COSTANTINO, aged 85, passed away peacefully, comforted by his loving family and the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his loss his wife Rita, his daughter May and her husband David, his son Joe, his grandchildren Nicky, Liam, Sarah and Neil, his brother Emy and his wife Anna, his sister Antoinette and her husband Charles, in-laws, nephews and nieces, other relatives and friends. The funeral leaves St Vincent de Paul residence today at 7.45am for Mosta parish church where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 8.30am, followed by interment at Mosta cemetery. The family would like to express their sincere gratitude to all the staff at St Vincent de Paul residence for all their loving care.
