The Justice Minister is justified to be upbeat at the increased efficiency of the Small Claims Tribunal. I suggest he now focuses on the Court of Arbitration. I have been waiting for a judgment on my case since the last sitting held on April 10 last year.

I was under the impression that this court was set up specifically to settle such cases expeditiously.
