89.7 Bay brought over British radio guru Nik Goodman to train radio presenters and the sales team. Having worked alongside legendary record producer Pete Waterman at Radio City in his native Liverpool, Goodman went on to work for PowerFM, as well as Virgin Radio. He now runs Bounce – a creative consultancy and production company.
