If one hears a child crying and wanting to leave his parents’ house because he fears them, would one lock the child inside to ensure he will not get run over by a car? Or would one try to understand the child’s behaviour and do one’s utmost to ensure the child’s safety even if it means separating this child from their parents?

Likewise, we should provide shelter for all the unfortunate immigrants who risk their lives to escape their daily fears. We are all one race. We are called the human race.

No matter the costs and the sacrifices we need to make, let us start working to ensure a decent life for all those who are desperate for a better life.
