Malta-based recruitment agency VacancyCentre relaunched its website and online job portal to simplify the job search experience and to facilitate employers to access their portfolio of HR services.

Guaranteeing easier accessibility and faster navigation for both job seekers and employers were the major reasons for this move.

HR and training consultant Robert Delia, who heads VacancyCentre, said: “We take pride in setting a high standard and setting ourselves apart from other recruitment agencies by operating in line with our values. At the core, we strive towards quality, collaboration and service excellence. We do our utmost to ensure that both client and candidate experience a high-quality, consultative and bespoke service.”

Spearheading the upgrade and relaunch was software engineer Alan Cini, who managed the development of the new cutting-edge platform in collaboration with a leading international recruitment software technology provider.

“We’ve been eager to carry out the redesign for some time now,” says senior recruitment officer Sarah Miceli. “We are pleased that this coincided with several other technology upgrades.”

As experienced partners for recruitment requirements, VacancyCentre has also extended its service to employers, offering a wider spectrum, including an extensive HR consultancy and training dossier that also includes new services such as e-learning solutions, development of human capital and corporate performance management.

CEO of CSB Group, operators of VacancyCentre, Michael Zammit, said that such an improvement falls in line with the group’s growth strategy. The company has been helping organisations find top-tier talent since 1987.
