BUSUTTIL. On April 29, at Mater Dei Hospital, CARMENA of Luqa, aged 87, passed away peacefully comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her loss her husband Joseph, her sons Silvio and his wife Rita, John and his wife Liliana, and Paul and his wife Maria, her grandchildren Mark and his wife Roberta, David, Nicolette, Matthew, Joseph Andrew, Christine and her husband Christian, her sister Josephine Vella, residing in the UK, her in-laws Veri and her husband Ċensu, Paula, widow of her brother Pawlu, relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital today at 2.30pm for St Andrew parish church, Luqa, where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 3pm, followed by interment in the family grave at St Andrew Cemetery, Luqa. MAMO. On April 29, at Mater Dei Hospital, CHARLES, aged 70, went unto the Lord to meet his dearest son, Daniel. He leaves to mourn his loss his wife Elizabeth, née Vella Laurenti, his twin daughters, Antonella and Annalise, wife of Giuseppe, his three grandchildren, Danielle, Salvo and Jessica, his brothers Joe and Stanley and their spouses, relatives and friends. She leaves to mourn her great loss her sisters Lina and her husband Albert von Brockdorff, Vicki widow of Oswald Camilleri, Louise and her husband Dennis Dowling, her nieces and nephews, Nikki, Hugh, Greta, Ana, Mark, Joanna, Robert and their spouses, her great nieces and nephews, many relatives and friends. The funeral cortege leaves Mater Dei Hospital tomorrow, Saturday, for Stella Maris parish church, where Mass praesente cadavere will be said at 9.30am followed by interment at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. SALIBA. On April 30, at Mater Dei Hospital, NICHOLAS, of Dingli, aged 91, passed away comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his loss his children Marianne, Joyce and her husband Salvu, Carmen and her husband Mario, Tony and his wife Joyce, Manwel, Yvonne and her husband Manwel, his sister Rożina, widow of Paul, his grandchildren, great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital tomorrow, Saturday, at 7.45am for Dingli parish church, where Mass praesente cadavere will be said at 8.15am, followed by interment at the parish cemetery. No flowers by request but donations to Id-Dar tal-Providenza, Siġġiewi, will be appreciated.
