The Occupational Health and Safety Authority (OHSA) has requested information from the public about the location where a video was taken, showing a person working in an unsafe manner on a plank.

The video was posted on facebook but subsequently removed, the authority said.

The authority said he had written to the person who uploaded the video requesting information, but none was forthcoming.

The police were asked to help identify the building.

The authority said it was concerned by the indifferent and irresponsible attitude of people at this gross disrespect for health and safety. A comment posted on the page had offered free drinks if the video reached 100,000 views.

The authority can be contacted on 21247677 (office hours) or 99496786.
