Re/Max Malta will be hosting a career night, themed ‘60 minutes with Re/Max’ on April 29 at the Hilton Malta’s Portomaso Suite.

The career night has been designed to provide a 60-minute talk to aspiring individuals interested in changing their career to become a real estate agent.

Guest speakers Michael Polzler, CEO of Re/Max Europe, and international trainer Virginia Munden will talk about why a real estate career is rewarding.

Polzler has been working in the real estate industry for 25 years, starting off as an estate agent and moving up the ranks within the Re/Max Ontario-Atlantic region, where he became regional director and vice president of the region before becoming Re/Max Europe CEO.

During his tenure with Re/Max Ontario-Atlantic, he grew the business to over 350 offices and 8,800 real estate agents. He currently takes care of the management of over 1,500 offices and 14,000 estate agents from over 35 countries within the European region.

Ms Munden started her real estate career when she was 16. Since 1985, she built a profitable real estate business with her husband Wayne.

Her team has been consistently ranked in the top 100 teams at Re/Max, receiving the Chairman’s Club Award over five times.

Mr Polzler and Ms Munden will be conducting a two-day training programme for Re/Max Malta associates. The training event, based on the overall strategy of Re/Max Malta, will cover topics such as productivity, entrepreneurship and planning for success, customer service and knowledge of the market.

The events will be held between April 29 and 30 and is open to Re/Max agents only.
