Drawing inspiration from the first two fragrances, Karl Lagerfeld’s Paradise Bay limited edition perfumes are bright and fresh.

The two heavy bottles have changed colours: the glass is lacquered, with shades of peach for women and blue for men – two summer colours the designer favours. The transparent, clean, angular cap, still covered by its iconic, pointed ring in silver metal, brings a high fashion touch to this contrast.

The two fragrances, each one in its own way, interpret Lagerfeld’s original duet’s music.

A new translation of the first eau de parfum’s floral green, once again composed by the ‘noses’, Serge Majoullier and Cécile Matton, Paradise Bay for women brings more fruit to its roundness.

Lychee and pineapple add a sparkle to velvety peach. There’s also a blend of jasmine, rose and magnolia that can almost be felt together with notes of vanilla, musk and sandalwood.

Perfumer Jean-Christophe Hérault chose a woody fern to replace the aromatic fern in the eau de toilette for men.

Enlivened by bergamot, the violet leaves (already present in the original edition) find new energy thanks to the green mint, apple and sharp berries. The skin is enveloped in vetiver and cashmeran wood.

This new duo of scents seems inseparable. It’s a tale of a great escape to the beach and its warm sand lost in some part of the world, where femininity and masculinity meet, their styles converse, completing each other naturally.
