Another 21 projects have been approved for funding by the Responsible Gaming Foundation (RGF) as part of the Corporate Social Responsibility programme (CSRP).

Through the CSRP, a number of entities have already benefitted from funds to promote projects related to activities as an alternative to gaming, namely football nurseries, band clubs and the Alternative Learning Programme.

The foundation issued two separate calls for applications, a permament call for funds up to €1,000 and temporary calls for funds up to €6,000. In total, 31 entities submitted project proposals, of which 21 are to be awarded funds.

Projects vary from a summer sports camp in Gozo to sewing courses for inmates at Corradino Correctional Facility.

The RGF organises initiatives to support people who experience problems with gambling, including addiction, and their dependents.

Educational campaigns and the corporate social responsibility programme (CSRP) are among these activities.
