ABELA. On April 1, ANTONIA, of Rabat, aged 59, passed away peacefully comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her loss her husband Charlie, her sons Jason and his parter Beata, Darren and his wife Liana, Garry and his partner Andre, her grandchildren Charley, Antonia, Angelina and Gessica, her sisters Nena, widow of Paul Vella, Frances and her husband Frans Felice, Maria and her husband Pawlu Tanti, her brother Leli Scicluna, her in-laws and their families, other relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital on Monday at 2pm for St Paul parish church, Rabat where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 2.30pm followed by interment in the family grave at San Andrea Cemetery, Żebbuġ. The family regret they are unable to receive visitors. Lord, grant her eternal rest.
BONELLO. On March 31, EMANUEL, aged 93, widower of Mary née Cole, residing at Balzan, passed away peacefully, comforted by the Rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his great loss his daughters Jennifer, Shirley and her husband Ivan Coppini, Rachael Bonello partner of his late son Martin Bonello-Cole, his grandchildren Francesca, Annelise, Julian and Carl and their spouses, Carl’s mother Margaret Bonello-Cole and her partner Stephen Giordano, his great-grandchildren, his sister Mary Fabri, all his nephews and nieces, other relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Karin Grech Rehabilitation Hospital on Monday April 6 at 7.30am for the church of the Annunciation, Balzan, where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 8.30am, followed by interment at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. No flowers by request but donations to Puttinu Cares Children’s Cancer Support Group, Rainbow Ward, Mater Dei Hospital, will be greatly appreciated. The family regret they are unable to receive visitors. May he rest in peace.
