The sit-in strike at HSBC continues today because of the bank’s “intransigent and arrogant approach towards the local workforce”, the Malta Union of Bank Employees said this morning.

The strike, which started yesterday, is being held because of the bank’s decision to pull out of an agreement agreed upon in August last year, the union said.
