Malta’s snooker team has secured a place in the men championship finals after its team made up of Tony Drago and Brian Cini beat Wales (Gareth Allen and Duane Jones) 4-2.

In the other semi-final, the battle continues between the Irish and the Israelis.

The Men’s Grand Final of European Snooker, at the Dolmen Resort Hotel, is scheduled for this afternoon, starting at 6pm.

It will be played best of nine frames, in the following order: singles, singles, scotch doubles, singles, singles, scotch doubles, singles, singles and scotch doubles.
