Four-times champion Sebastian Vettel returned Ferrari to winning ways this morning, taking his maiden win in the scarlet car after just his second race with the team.
He saw the chequered flag in the Malaysian grand prix ahead of the Mercedes of Lewis Hamilton and Nico Rosberg.
Kimi Raikkonen came in fourth despite starting from 11th and suffering a puncture. He was followed by the Williams duo of Valerie Bottas and Felipe Massa.
The Mclarens of Fernando Alonso and Jenson Button retired.
It was Ferrari's first win since 2013.
Vettel had started in second place behind pole sitter Hamilton. During a safety car period early in the race most cars pitted, including the two Mercedes, but Vettel stayed out, took the lead and comfortably held on to it with better management of the tyres.
