• A Way of the Cross from Ta’ Pinu sanctuary to Għammar Hill will be held today at 3.30pm.

• Holy Week functions at Ta’ Pinu sanctuary will include the solemn celebration of the Last Supper on Maundy Thursday at 6.30pm and the commemoration of the Passion of Christ on Good Friday at 3pm. On Easter Saturday, Gozo Bishop Mario Grech will lead a Marian celebration at 9am. An Easter vigil of prayer will start at 8.30pm. Masses on Easter Sunday will be said at 6.15, 8.30, 10, and 11.15am and at 5pm.

• The band Strait Ahead will animate Holy Week functions at the Don Bosco oratory, Victoria, to be held as follows: On Maundy Thursday, Mass starts at 7pm; the Good Friday function starts at 4pm, and the Easter night vigil celebration starts at 8pm.

• The Holy Week liturgical celebrations at John Paul II Family Institute, Fortunato Mizzi Street, Victoria, will be as follows: On Maundy Thursday at 7pm, on Good Friday at 4pm; Easter vigil at 8pm and Easter Sunday at 8 and 10am and 8pm. In preparation for these events Fr Anton Teuma will hold a lectio divina on the theme ‘Where do you want us to prepare the Passover?’ (Mt. 26,17) from tomorrow to Wednesday at 8pm.

• A solemn celebration of the Last Supper will take place on Maundy Thursday at 7pm at St Anthony’s church, Għajnsielem. The Passion of Christ will be commemorated on Good Friday at 3pm. The Easter vigil will start at 8.30pm. The sacrament of reconciliation will be available from 4 to 6pm. Masses on Easter Sunday will be said at 6, 7, and 11am and at 6.30pm.

• Good Friday processions will be held as follows: At Qala today at 6.30pm; at St George’s parish, Victoria, on Thursday at 7pm, and at the cathedral, Xagħra, Nadur and Żebbuġ on Friday at 6pm.

• Don Bosco oratory will organise a Way of the Cross at Għammar Hill, Ta’ Pinu, on Good Friday at 10am. The public is invited to attend.

• Holy Week services in English will be held at the Sacred Heart Seminary, Victoria, as follows: Today, Mass is at 10am; on Maundy Thursday, Mass is at 5pm; the Good Friday service is at 3pm; the Easter vigil Mass is at 8pm; the Easter Sunday Mass is at 10am. • A Last Supper exhibition based on Jewish customs organised by Munxar youths will be on display at Munxar parish church during Holy Week as follows: On Wednesday from 9 to 10pm, Maundy Thursday from 7.30 to 11pm, Good Friday from 9am to 12pm and on Saturday from 8 to 8.30pm.

• Lace Day will be held today from 9am to 4pm at the University’s Gozo campus, Mġarr Road, Xewkija. Entrance is free.

• A concert of sacred music, entitled Passio, will be performed by St Gregory Band, directed by Mark Gauci, at Kerċem parish church on Tuesday at 7.30pm.

• An art and antiques exhibition in aid of Rise Foundation will be held at 18, Republic Street, Victoria, from today to April 7 from 9am to 6pm. For further information call 7920 5316.

• A figolla sale in aid of Puttinu Cares Gozo is being held on Saturday from 9am onwards at Arkadia commercial centre, Victoria.

• Exodus: Gods and Kings will be screened today at 6pm at Don Bosco oratory, Victoria.

• The diocesan Eucharistic Movement will hold a prayer evening on Saturday at 10pm, followed by Mass at Sacred Heart of Jesus church, Nadur.

• The Friends of the Sick and Elderly in Gozo is organising a charity sale today from 7.30am to 1pm at the football ground next to main car park in Victoria. The fee is €10 per car space payable on the day.

• A seminar on colorectal cancer will be held tomorrow at 6pm at the Gozo Ministry exhibition hall. The public is invited to attend.
